Absolutely. Our S&C classes can be scaled to suit individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners. Coaches can modify workouts to match your current abilities and gradually increase intensity as you progress.
S&C Classes typically include a general warm-up focusing on preparing the body for the requirements of the class that day, followed by a segment dedicated to developing strength or a specific skill, finishing off with a conditioning component aiming to improve aerobic capacity and endurance. Classes are led by experienced coaches who provide guidance and motivation throughout.
The difference between the two classes are that S&C PLUS classes focuses on more advanced weightlifting and gymnastic skills along with a more challenging conditioning component, while our regular S&C classes are focused on developing a foundational strength and aerobic base. However, both classes are still suitable to all, with scaling variations made available by our well educated coaches.
